the hotel's location was exceptionally nice close to queensbay mall shopping mall. café over the rainbow located 1 km away was a nice surprise. the view from my superior queen room was nice.

Comfortable stay with three single beds which was a great fit for us. the hotel was conveniently located near the airport, a food court, and a hilltop for some picturesque views. 🌄

Everything is good here, had an excellent stay for a business trip. The breakfast is great, and the location is excellent next to a great hike to Esen beach, and the airport and reception staff.

Greatly enjoyed my stay
Everything was good, had an excellent stay for a business trip. Got a very affordable and huge room with adequate lamps and extra comfy space. - Dinner and breakfast food was nice. - the location seemed good and easy on top of the hill. - Just next door to a mall and common tourist attractions

The rooms at Raia Hotel Penang are fully air-conditioned and equipped with a satellite TV, a writing desk, and freshly laundered beddings. It felt so comfortable and cozy, just like a home away from home.
Personally, I found the showers in the private bathrooms a bit small. However, I understand that some guests may still find them sufficient.
